EduTubePlus extensions to the EUN LRE Thesaurus were contributed back to the EUN
Following the decisions taken regarding the development of the EduTubePlus ontology, the EUN LRE Thesaurus was translated into Romanian (by partner SIVECO) and into Portuguese (by partner Companhia de Ideias).
Moreover, project partner CEDETEL, formally represented the LRE thesaurus using SKOS (Simple Knowledge Organisation System).
The development of the EduTubePlus concept scheme based on LRE and SKOS guidelines will allow EduTubePlus interact with other educational libraries (with educational video-based resources or learning resources in general) in an intelligent way.
EduTubePlus project partners contributed back the above extensions to the EUN consortium. The Romanian Translation is going to be inserted in the Master Copy of the EUN LRE Thesaurus.
