Moving Image Gateway Provides Rich Resource of Video Materials

The Moving Image Gateway includes over 1,000 web sites that relate to moving images and sound and their use in higher and further education.
This site established and managed by the British Universities Film & Video Council (BUFVC) provides a rich resource of materials which are sub-divided over 40 subject areas grouped under Arts and Humanities, Science and Technology, Bio-medical and Social Sciences. Each site has been evaluated by BUFVC staff and many of the resources available in this collection could also be used by those involved in secondary education. BUFVC is a representative body which promotes the production, study and use of moving image, sound and related media in higher education and research.
